Tuesdays: 1st Tuesday- Thai Yoga Massage, Sound Healing & Reiki @ Attuned with Spirit 6:30-8pm, $40

                    2nd Tuesday- Acupuncture, Sound Healing & Reiki @ Attuned with Spirit 6:30-8pm, $40

                    3rd Tuesday- Sound @ The Room at Meadowbrook in Ottsville 7-8pm $20

                    4th Tuesday, a night off

11:45am-12:45pm Breathe and Align-Energy Activation through the chakras. Breathe into the body and heal. Ancient Egyptian chanting breath work. Ending with a Sound Healing with tuning forks and Singing Bowls. $15

Sundays:

3-4:30pm Restorative Yoga, Sound Healing & Reiki $35 *You must reserve a spot (only 4 per class)*

5:30-7pm Sound Healing & Reiki Meditation $15
