The path is to transcend fear to love

Being attuned with spirit is such a gift. It seems everyone is so different in awakening. I know I enjoy a luxury that some may not enjoy, because of meditation, sound healing, breath work and restorative positions and awareness. This creates my body mind and spirit to be in sink. This improves my life every day and every way.

All the trauma, all the lies, all the disapproval, really have no bearing on my life anymore, just wisdom and real compassion for situations and levels of consciousness.

My relationship to spirit is pure love. My life improves every day and every way. My foundation was Christianity. I stay connected to Jesus, however, not the church. I was not able to feel at liberty to be myself there. At one point, my seeking on my own lead me to Jehovah witnesses. I did not feel it was on point. It was a job not so much a relationship. I already have a beautiful relationship with God, Jesus, and many angelic souls, the heavenly‘s and earth. I decided to just let the potential of relationships become as fast as my life will allow.

Becoming an interfaith minister, I learned with an open heart, forsaking all I knew, if necessary. As I learned in my immaturity, I found issue with every religion. I now focus on the gift the are to many.

I continue to meditate. I realize I’m in love with this state of awareness, (my connection to spirit), and this connection seemed even more in love with me than I ever imagined. My spirit has assisted my awareness to continue to transcend all fear to love. This is my process, my path. I help others through reiki , sound healing, breath work, chakra activation, and combinations with yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, Hypnosis and Acupuncture.
Getting the body, mind and spirit in sync is all we need to do to feel better and improve our lives in every way. I’m convinced. It’s that simple.
