The Golden Light Meditation by Sharon Kachel

The golden light meditation is something I created, inspired by Tom Kenyon. Tom Kenyon is a master with his voice for sound healing. I have come to realize that we all have a point in our natural speaking voice that is soothing and healing to some extent. I utilize that point as I speak for the guided meditations I provide. The golden light is one on the first things I started playing with when I received awareness of my gifts. We have an endless supply of it. It comes from our divine connection. The white light is the purity of everything at its Zero point. It is pure divine energy. Play with that in your mind’s eye. It is a sweet beginning that never grows old.

I use the gold light as a protective flow around me and inside me. Just imagine it. Play with the idea of using it. That is all that is required. It’s divine energy. You can’t hurt anything with it. Your Guardian angel will always assist you with these things. Ask for the blessings of this golden light.
