Sound Healing
There is proof of shift and restoration in Sound healing equipment of all kinds. Sharon uses chimes with exact frequencies, gongs, alchemy crystal bowls, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Tibetan bells, Tingsha bells, and tuning forks that are weighted with crystal feet to enhance the treatment. Sound can be used on the body and in the general setting. Sound equipment can uplift the entire space. Drums, rain sticks, and a rattles add beauty and inner harmony, a grounding effect can essentially feel much better than leaving the body astrally as some seasoned meditators do.
Sharon makes the Angelic Reiki and Sound Healing Meditations more musical than just a sound bath. Creating sessions to have balance and harmony, more musical to stimulate the brain, more than just entraining it. Stimulating the brain in the peaceful frequencies helps create better pathways and patterns. Adding affirmations or intentions to the meditation helps give a busy brain something practical to do.
Angelic Reiki is powerful healing, pain relief, love and support that is tangible. Guided meditations lead to spiritual wellness. Affirmations and Afformations in a sound healing meditation create a subconscious gifting and uplifting support. Crystals, essential oils and incense all assist the path. All that is helpful and very practical will be explored.
Rev. Sharon Kachel is an interfaith minister, sound healer/teacher and Angelic Reiki energy healer/teacher, Your Body Never Lies Coach and Energy Works Coach and basic Spiritual Journey coaching. She teaches many ways to meditate as she learned and practiced many different types of meditation during ministry school and learned how to self heal and assist others on their personal journey.
